Who we are

Inventurez Limited (company number 07633342), registered at Castle House, Castle Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3UW, trading as Progressive Leaders. VAT registration number 120203196. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZA165124.

These are the terms on which we sell the Full Progressive Profile, the Progressive Leader Membership, and one-to-one Profile Debriefs. Contact us about anything here at info@progressiveleaders.net.

What you can buy from us

The Full Progressive Profile: a one-off purchase of a detailed written report, delivered to your account as a PDF.

The Progressive Leader Membership: a rolling monthly subscription giving ongoing access to the Team Radar and comparison features.

A one-to-one Profile Debrief with a Progressive Leaders coach, booked separately.

Prices are shown, inclusive of VAT, at the point of purchase - that is the price you pay, regardless of what's printed elsewhere.

Delivery

Your Full Profile is generated and delivered to your account as soon as it is ready, usually within a few minutes. Membership access starts as soon as it is activated.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds

If something has genuinely gone wrong - the report is missing, corrupted, or not what you paid for - contact us and we'll sort it.

If your payment failed to go through, or you were charged in error, tell us and we'll put it right.

The Progressive Leader Membership

The Membership is £9.95 a month, billed on a rolling basis with no minimum term.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for - access doesn't end early.

If your Membership was granted to you, or is covered by months already on your account, no card is charged while that covers the bill - see your dashboard.

Profile Debriefs

Profile Debriefs are booked and paid for separately from the Full Profile and Membership. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know with as much notice as you can - we'll always try to find another time rather than simply forfeit the session.

What happens to your report

Once your Full Profile has been delivered, it's yours - stored in your account and downloadable as a PDF. There's no mechanism to un-deliver or recall a report once it's been generated.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your settings. That removes your reports along with the rest of your data, and cannot be undone.

If prices change

We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects something you've already paid for - it only applies to purchases made after the change.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first, at info@progressiveleaders.net - most things are quickest to fix directly. If we can't resolve it between us, you're entitled to raise a complaint with your local Trading Standards service or seek advice from Citizens Advice, and nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
